This course reviews Biblical principles of leadership and applies these to the leadership of a church or organisation in Melanesia. Key topics are planning, communication, organisational structures, human resource development, public relations, fund raising, and managing change. Students will have opportunity to practice leadership in various roles at College and also analyse an outside organisation in selected areas of management.
